doesn't recommendsVery poor experience.
Unable to fix my chainsaw, yet wanted to charge £45 for the pleasure of having a look, despite... having informed us there would be no charge.
Took over 2 months to repair my Karcher pressure washer, having told me it would take 2-3 weeks.
Lack of communication was remarkable - all was instigated by me chasing for updates.
“I’ll call you back in a few minutes.” became me calling them 2 days later.
They replaced two parts and charged me £150 which, apparently, was a good deal.
They eventually agreed not to charge the £45.
Very unhappy customer.
Would not use again (I don’t suppose they’ll worry about that, though), and certainly wouldn’t recommend (quite the opposite).
Avoid if you can and go elsewhere, would be my suggestion.read more
